Scoring, your way

Pong games are won by clearing the other side's cups. The Scoreholio scoreboard tracks cups hit as the game goes, so the score on the TV matches the table β€” and the bracket advances the moment the last cup falls.

Score however fits your venue: the organizer enters results from the admin screen, a tablet at each table runs an interactive scoreboard in kiosk mode, or turn on Player Scoring so teams submit from their own phones. Remote Mode controls every connected scoreboard and TV from one place.

Win–loss records and head-to-head history save to every player's profile, and an SPR (Scoreholio Player Rating) carries across events.

Common questions

How big a bracket can I run?

Up to 128 teams in single or double elimination, with automatic table assignment as games finish. Bracket size limits depend on your organizer level β€” the free Social level covers 32-team brackets.

Can I run a round robin first so everyone gets games?

Yes. Run round-robin rounds for seeding, then split the top teams into a championship bracket.

How do players score β€” do they need the app?

Three options: the organizer scores from the admin screen, tablets at each table run interactive scoreboards, or players score from their own phones with the free Scoreholio app (Player Scoring is part of the Competitive organizer level and up). Live standings show on any TV either way.

What does it cost to run a beer pong tournament?

The Social organizer level is free forever: round robins and brackets, digital scoreboards and dashboards, up to 8 courts and 32-team brackets. Competitive ($4.99/month) adds player phone scoring, game timers, custom alerts, live chat support and advanced stats; higher levels raise the court and bracket limits. Quick Tournaments (up to 16 players, 4 courts) are free for anyone with an organizer account. See pricing.

What do players and organizers need?

Players: a phone with the free Scoreholio app (iOS or Android) and an internet connection at the venue. Organizers can run everything from a phone, tablet or computer and put live standings on any TV. See supported devices.
