Scoring, your way

Axe matches are scored by rounds of throws โ€” bullseyes, rings and killshots adding up to a match total. Enter each thrower's round scores and the scoreboard keeps the match total, result and standings, whether you play best-of-three or a fixed number of throws.

Score however fits your venue: the organizer or a coach enters scores from the admin screen, a tablet at each lane runs an interactive scoreboard, or turn on Player Scoring so throwers submit from their own phones. Remote Mode controls every connected scoreboard and TV from one place.

Turn on ScoreMagicโ„ข to record every throw rather than just the match total โ€” that is where the stats come from: per-throw averages, match points and history, live during league night and in each thrower's profile afterwards. An SPR (Scoreholio Player Rating) carries across events.

Common questions

Does Scoreholio track axe throwing stats?

Yes. With ScoreMagicโ„ข scoring on, every throw is recorded โ€” per-throw averages, match points and history โ€” and throwers see 30-day, 120-day and all-time stats in their profile.

Can I run a full axe throwing league season?

Yes. Set-schedule leagues plan every week's matchups up front and carry standings and stats across the season; finish with a championship bracket.

How do corporate group events work?

Squadholio keeps each company group together as a squad competing across rounds, or Switcholio mixes everyone with a new partner each round. Either way every player gets their lane assignment by push alert.

How do players score โ€” do they need the app?

Three options: the organizer scores from the admin screen, tablets at each lane run interactive scoreboards, or players score from their own phones with the free Scoreholio app (Player Scoring is part of the Competitive organizer level and up). Live standings show on any TV either way.

What does it cost to run a axe throwing tournament?

The Social organizer level is free forever: round robins and brackets, digital scoreboards and dashboards, up to 8 courts and 32-team brackets. Competitive ($4.99/month) adds player phone scoring, game timers, custom alerts, live chat support and advanced stats; higher levels raise the court and bracket limits. Quick Tournaments (up to 16 players, 4 courts) are free for anyone with an organizer account. See pricing.

What do players and organizers need?

Players: a phone with the free Scoreholio app (iOS or Android) and an internet connection at the venue. Organizers can run everything from a phone, tablet or computer and put live standings on any TV. See supported devices.
